So this #SelfCareSunday, we’re practicing self care by feeding ourselves nourishing foods that support our guts and brains.
Fermented foods contain probiotics, which are integral to gut health and, in turn, mental health. Plus, healthy fats, like those found in coconut oil and avocado, nourish our brains!
