Blueberries are one of the most potent antioxidants on the planet. Chia is an amazing source of vegan protein and omega 3 fats. Coconut kefir is one of the most probiotic rich vegan foods you can enjoy. Mix them all together and you have this delicious bowl of nourishing goodness! Today we topped our coconut kefir and coconut yogurt blend with @cbdsuperfood blueberry chia jam and a blend of antioxidant-rich dark berries and goji berries.
@cbdsuperfoodBlueberry Chia Jam Recipe:
1 cup blueberries
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp @cbdsuperfood coconut oil
Cook blueberries on medium heat until they begin to simmer and reach your desired jam consistency (we love a thick jam with the fruit still intact!). Remove from heat and stir in the chia seeds and @cbdsuperfood coconut oil before adding to a freezer safe container. Let cool before adding to the freezer. Once the ingredients congeal, usually after around 20–30 minutes of freezing, use the jam to top off your yogurts, breads, smoothies, desserts, and more!
