🍫 Gently sweetened with natural sugars, vanilla, and our @cbdsuperfood Chocolate Coconut Oil, this treat can make a hearty dessert or a grab-and-go breakfast!
The chia seeds bring lots of protein, antioxidants, and fiber as well as anti-inflammatory benefits. Paired with the powers of CBD, this pudding will fill you up and leave you feeling refreshed throughout the day! ✨
🍓🍫Chocolate Strawberry Chia Pudding Recipe:🍓🍫
*Makes two servings*
- 6 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 c. milk of choice
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1.5–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1.5 tbsp @cbdsuperfoodChocolate Coconut Oil
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- dash of cardamom
🥣 Warm milk and syrup/honey over medium heat until slightly warmer than room temperature.
Transfer to another container and stir in the @cbdsuperfood coconut oil (this will allow the oil to melt without overheating the CBD).
Add in all remaining ingredients except strawberries and stir until well combined. Let sit for 5–10 minutes to allow the chia seeds to partially absorb. Stir again to recombine. Fill two glasses with the chia mixture. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight before serving, then garnish with a strawberry and enjoy! 😘
