One of our favorites is spirulina, which can bring a green or blue hue to your meals. It’s a form of micro-algae that is full of vitamins and minerals.
Combined with blueberries, this smoothie has a lovely color that makes this a perfect breakfast even for picky kiddos.

Coconut Spirulina Smoothie Bowl Recipe
- 1–2 frozen bananas
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- ½ tsp. spirulina
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp @cbdsuperfood Coconut Oil
Blend all ingredients and top with shredded coconut, goji berries and fresh blueberries. Enjoy!
