CBD Superfood Cranberry Pecan Pinwheels

We’re enjoying #selfcaresunday by munching on some @cbdsuperfood cranberry pecan pinwheels today!

Ours is made with gluten-free crust, honey from Asheville Honey Company, vegan cream cheese from @kitehillfoods , and our @cbdsuperfood x @goddess.ghee Ghee!

CBD Superfood Cranberry Pecan Pinwheels

Ingredients:

Directions:

Pinwheels: layer both pie crusts on top of each other to make a thicker dough. Spread out a thin layer of cranberry sauce and top with chopped pecans. Roll dough like you would when making cinnamon rolls. Rap in saran wrap and place in freezer. When roll has firmed up, slice into 1 inch slices. Place on a line baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.

Honey Ghee Drizzle: over low heat, warm 1 tbsp. honey and juice from half an orange. Remove from heat and mix in 1 tbsp ghee. Stir until combined and drizzle over cranberry rolls. Top with Kite Hill cream cheese and orange zest.
