CBD Superfood Fresh Chickpea Salad Recipe
- 1 c. cooked chickpeas, cooled
- 1 c. chopped tomato
- 1/2 c. chopped red onion
- 1/2 c. chopped cilantro
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp CBD Superfood Ghee
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp peppers
- Chop and prepare vegetables.
- Mix lemon juice, CBD Superfood Ghee, salt, and pepper in a small container and stir well.
- Combine all vegetables, chickpeas, and dressing in a bowl and enjoy!
