It’s a snow day in Asheville today!
We’re relishing the snowfall and taking advantage of this opportunity to stay cozy!
Our day has begun with a mug of @cbdsuperfood gingerbread latte, which brings all the yummy flavor of gingerbread into a warm drink you can sip on all morning long (and for double the flavor, hop back a few posts to get the recipe for our gingerbread bites, which make perfect dippers!).
Snow days are a great time to practice self care. When the roads are too icy to drive, use the extra time at home to consciously care for yourself in special ways. CBD Superfood Gingerbread Latte Recipe
- 1 c. coconut mylk
- 1.5 tbsp molasses
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- dash of nutmeg
- dash of cloves
- 1 - 1.5 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp @cbdsuperfood Dark Chocolate Coconut Oil
In a small pot, combine all ingredients except Dark Chocolate Coconut Oil. Heat on medium heat until steaming. Remove from heat, add Dark Chocolate Coconut Oil, and blend in a blender until a frothy top forms. Pour into a glass, sprinkle with nutmeg, and enjoy!
