Jack O Lanterns aren’t just for pumpkins! This stuffed pepper salad is delicious, nutritious, and seasonal. Make several to bring to a Halloween party, or enjoy one yourself! It’s also a great way to encourage picky kiddos to eat and enjoy their veggies.
CBD Superfood Jack O Lantern Salad Recipe
- Raw Pepper
- Mixed Greens
- 2 tbsp CBD Superfood x @goddess.ghee Ghee
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp honey
- dash of salt and pepper
Directions: Heat pan on low heat and remove from stove. Add ghee, balsamic, honey, salt and pepper and stir. Carve a jack-o-lantern out of a pepper. In a bowl, combine dressing and salad ingredients until well mixed. Stuff into pepper and serve!
