CBD Superfood Lasagna Soup

Thanksgiving week is a time during which many of us gather with loved ones to celebrate community.

This soup is enriched with cashew butter to give its broth a creamy, salty texture that will go down smooth! Top with some fresh chives and thyme for extra seasonal flavor. We added our @cbdsuperfood x @goddess.ghee CBD Ghee for all the possible benefits of CBD.

CBD Superfood Lasagna Soup Recipe


  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • ½ sweet onion
  • 7 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • Pinch of salt & pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 2–3 tbsp cashew butter
  • 8 lasagna sheets
  • 2 tsp. maple syrup
  • Fresh chive and parsley (for garnish)
  • CBD Superfood x Goddess Ghee Ghee


Cook garlic and onion in olive oil until caramelized. Add lemon juice and use a wooden spoon to scrape browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Add vegetable broth, Italian seasoning, nutritional yeast, and maple syrup. Whisk in cashew butter, add salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a simmer. Break lasagna sheets into 1–2 inch pieces and add to the soup. Cook until al dente. Top with fresh chives, fresh parsley, and CBD Ghee.
