The fall months are finally upon us, so we figured it was time to introduce a pumpkin spice recipe!
Pumpkin contains so many of its own health benefits.
It has high rates of potassium, which supports the nervous system and helps regulatemuscle contractions.
It also contains antioxidants, which help to support balancein the body.
These nutrients are most potent when you bake and purée pumpkin by hand, but you can make this recipe extra easy by purchasing canned pumpkin from the store.
We used canned pumpkin to make this pumpkin spice smoothie bowl.
The sweetness of the pumpkin combines with the spicy flavors of our @cbdsuperfood Golden Spice Coconut Oil to create a smoothie bowl that is cool in temperature and warm in flavor!

Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Bowl Recipe
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 date
- ⅓ pumpkin puree
- ¼ coconut milk
- 1 tsp. @cbdsuperfood Golden Spiced CBD Coconut Oil
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until mixture is smooth. Add desired toppings and eat immediately or save in the freezer for later. We chose to add @cbdsuperfood x @mandalachocolate chocolate (coming soon!), pecans, cacao nibs, shredded coconut, date and cinnamon.
