Recipe by Blue Finch Plates for Blue Ridge Hemp
We can’t get enough of these @cbdsuperfood Raw Almond Mounds by Blue Finch Plates. 😋
We suggest making a double batch — they’re so delicious that you’ll polish them off in no time! 👏🏼
Combine in a food processor:
- 1.5 cups of shredded coconut (if you don’t use sweetened coconut add 3–4 tbsp of maple syrup)
- 2 tbsp. of CBD original coconut oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- pinch of pink salt
Process until well mixed and combined.
Press coconut mixture into square silicone baking molds and place in freezer until solid (ice cube trays will also work).
Melt 1 cup of vegan chocolate chips, coat frozen coconut squares and top with a raw almond and a pinch of Celtic sea salt. Place them back into the freezer to set. Serve straight from freezer and enjoy!
