A Thanksgiving spread has so many classics like stuffing, rolls, roasted veggies, and mashed potatoes. Today, we’re putting an @cbdsuperfood twist on mashed sweet potatoes by topping them with candied pecans!
This topping complements the hint of sweet flavor that sweet potatoes naturally possess. As a whole, this dish is the perfect balance of salty and sweet when sprinkled with some @celticseasalt on top.

CBD Superfood Sweet Potatoes and Candied Pecans Recipe
- 4–5 sweet potatoes
- 4 tbsp regular coconut oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1.5 c. pecans
- 2 tbsp CBD Superfood x Goddess Ghee CBD Ghee
- Celtic Sea Salt to taste
Peel sweet potatoes and cut into cubes. Boil until soft. Combine with regular coconut oil, salt, and pepper and blend until nicely whipped. In a sauté pan, combine pecans and maple syrup and sauté on low heat until maple syrup thickens. After about 5 minutes, remove from heat. Top potatoes with candied pecans, add 2 tbsp of ghee, and sprinkle Celtic Sea Salt. Enjoy!
