CBD Superfood Thai Peanut Sauce & Veggie Noodle Bowl

Our food mantra is simple: create and enjoy foods that nourish our bodies in delicious ways.

Example A: this veggie noodle bowl with @eathempeh and @cbdsuperfood Thai peanut sauce!

It is ridiculously yummy and provides a ton of amazing-for-you veggies, proteins, and CBD. It is also delicious served cold — making it the perfect refreshing and plant-based summertime meal! 🌿☀️

@cbdsuperfood Thai Peanut Sauce Recipe:

  • 3–4 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp @cbdsuperfood coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/4–1/2 cup water

Add ingredients to a blender and enjoy! This Thai-inspired peanut sauce is soy and sugar free yet just as addictive as conventional peanut sauces 😋

🥒🥦🥕We topped our zucchini noodles with a local farmer’s market bounty of summer squash, carrots, broccoli, and mushrooms with @eathempeh and tossed all of these delicious ingredients in our @cbdsuperfood Thai peanut sauce.
