When we awaken, levels of glucose in our body are usually low from fasting during sleep. Glucose helps to ensure that our muscles and brain are properly fueled. Eating a nutritious breakfast allows you to replenish that blood sugar at the start of the day to keep you feeling strong.
This @cbdsuperfood vegan eggnog chia pudding is a great breakfast because it is hearty and healthy, but can also be made the night before to save you time in the morning. Check out this easy recipe below!
CBD Superfood Vegan Eggnog Chia Pudding Recipe
- 1 c. coconut milk
- 1 tbsp @cbdsuperfood Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 - 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
Blend all ingredients and pour into a small jar. Let sit for 2 hours or overnight, then enjoy!
