Earlier this week we shared our recipe for holiday pesto pasta, and encouraged you to make up a big batch of pesto to last throughout the week! We’ve feasted on all of our pasta but still had a little pesto leftover, so we’re using our @cbdsuperfood pesto to make these yummy open-faced sandwiches!

CBD Superfood Vegan Pesto-Tomato Sandwiches Recipe
- bread, sliced into medium-sized slices
- sliced tomatoes
- nutritional yeast to taste
Toast or grill bread slices until each side is crisp and brown. Spread CBD Superfood pesto onto each slice. Line with tomato slices, and sprinkle with nutritional yeast. Enjoy!
