To celebrate this summer solstice, we’re enjoying a local kale salad with @cbdsuperfood tahini dressing, veggies, seeds, and edible flowers. This dressing is super creamy and tangy — it’s a perfect combination with the kale and adds an extra superfood boost to any salad or crudité plate! CBD Superfood Raw Almond Mounds

Recipe by Blue Finch Plates for Blue Ridge Hemp We can’t get enough of these @cbdsuperfood Raw Almond Mounds by Blue Finch Plates. 😋 We suggest making a double batch — they’re so delicious that you’ll polish them off in no time! 👏🏼 Combine in a food processor: 1.5 cups of shredded coconut (if you don’t use sweetened coconut add 3–4 tbsp of maple syrup) 2 tbsp. of CBD original coconut oil 1 tsp. vanilla extract pinch of pink salt Process until well mixed and combined. Press coconut mixture into square silicone baking molds and place in freezer until solid (ice cube trays will also work).
